I’ve recently performed a search on Clear score and my score is quite low. The credit cards I am using and my accounts aren’t on my score which is why I assume it is so low. How can I get that information included

Hi and happy new year!
There are three Credit Reference Agencies. You will probably find the missing accounts are recorded on the other two credit files.
Don't worry about your 'credit score', as a typical lender neither see nor uses it.
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job
