Looking for some insurance advice
I'm a PH taxi driver, whilst picking a passenger up on a side road, a car eversed of a drive into the front of my car, smashing the headlight plastic, with a few scratches around the front bodywork.
The driver initially claimed she didin't se me, although I bibbed my horn to alert them of my presence.
My passenger in the vehicle was witness to the incident, and willing to support the accident
The driver initiaally offered to settle without going through her insurance.
My excess is £1000, I suspect replacement of the headlight to be no more than £100 including labour.
I don't want to defraud my insurance company, neither do I want my NCB affected
Given low cost of repair, should I just repair and move on?
Any suggestions how I should handle this?

You should report it regardless. At renewal you are likely to be asked the question along the lines of “have you or your vehicle been involved I any accidents over the last 12 months”
Failure to answer honestly could potentially be a disaster for you as a PH driver.0 -
Just repair and move on, better for both the insurance like you to tell them as makes them more cash in the longrunDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
