Santander PPI Claim

Thanks for taking time to read this.
I've received the outcome of my PPI claim against Santander who have offered a full and final settlement of 240.14 GBP after being mis sold whilst obtaining and using a Burtons store card between 1993 and 2005.They add that they don't have access to all my transaction history, but they do have the total amount I was charged to PPI. This figure includes 8% interest over the relevant period.
Before accepting this offer, is there anything I need to be aware of or may have missed?
Thanks.
Kind Regards
Tony Jones

If you have evidence it should be more or less, then send it to them.
Otherwise just accept it0 -
Given how little money is involved, this has very likely been upheld without any real investigation; which will both improve their complaint statistics and avoid any Ombudsman fee.olivertwister wrote: »Before accepting this offer, is there anything I need to be aware of or may have missed?
Unless you have compelling documentary evidence that you paid more than is being refunded, there is absolutely nothing to be gained from contesting this award.
Don't spend it all at once..
