MobileXpressions Software issue

I am hoping that someone on here can help me out with a problem running mobilexpression software on my phone. I have been a member since 2016 and after asking for some support got told "just uninstall the software and dont participate anymore. Great customer service attitude!
I recently changed my mobile phone to a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus, went to the MobileXpression website and downloaded the software onto my new phone.
The problem is when the software is running none of my Apps can connect to the internet and the web browser cant connect either. As soon as I disable the software, bingo everything works again fine. I dont have a clue why, or how to sort it, I dont want to stop being part of MobileXpression as it is literally money for nothing.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful as I havent got a clue!

Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing?
