Quite normal, have you received a DQ from the court? If not you can download one - ask Auntie Google it's an N180 form or follow this link: -

So either wait for it by post, or print it and do the rest, is there a timescale on this, because I would rather wait for it by post, for more guidance, however I do not want to miss out on anything. Thanks

You will get absolutely no more guidance than teh newbies thread already gives you. Just download one. Then you know youve done it. Waiting passively is bad.0

I got an email from Gladstone, asking to settle it for £100, I offered £50.Yesterday I received another email, to discontinue the case, I guess this is all over, I am quite surprised they didn't accept the £50.
Dear XXXX
We act for the Claimant.
Please find attached our Client’s Notice of Discontinuance that has been filed at the Court.
This matter is now concluded.
So this is it? or is there any more tricks to look for ?Thanks to everyone for the help, without you guys, I would have forked out £250, especially in these hard times. Again much appreciated !

You're assuming there's someone there to read any responses. I suspect their system is set to issue an automatic discontinuation notice after x days, furlough may have helped you!I got an email from Gladstone, asking to settle it for £100, I offered £50.Yesterday I received another email, to discontinue the case, I guess this is all over, I am quite surprised they didn't accept the £50.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
