Major Issue with Online Gambling Firm

Hello all and a very merry Xmas to everyone!
My first post and not sure if this is the right section of the forum or not, but to cut a very long story short - I basically opened a Ladbrokes account on Friday evening last week. Placed a few bets, won and lost some, but ended up with a balance of £1200 in my account which I want to withdraw. I went into my local Ladbrokes only to be told there was an issue with the account and that it needs to be verified. Fair enough, this is standard / legal procedure to ensure you’re who you are / old enough to gamble etc.
In short, I have sent close to 40 emails to their non-UK based customer ‘service’ verifications dept and have kept the entire trail - including a Twitter conversation which is still ongoing. I have sent everything from my passport, driving licence, printed copies of my latest bills for phone and broadband, physically nothing more I can send.
They’ve confirmed the driving licence is fine and the broadband bill from Virgin, but will not accept anything else. The emails to the dedicated verifications team come back with anything along the lines of ‘we cannot accept this document’ and never physically answer my questions or explain why.
I feel like I’m being majorly sacked off here, funny that when there’s a healthy balance in the account. I’m not willing to let £1200 just be sat there from a perfectly valid win. Can anybody help, please?!
Many thanks in advance.
