The problem I've got is that when a new sheet is loaded, the grippers slip and think there's no paper, and then ejects the sheet it's just loaded.
Epson used to do a special paper you could put through the printer to clean the rollers.I can't find any anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix?
It's an Epson Stylus R800.

Epson have discontinued the paper, but Marrutt do a spray you can use on normal paper to get the same effect. Use the link below and look for platen cleaner spray, about half way down the page. I have a can, but have yet to use it so can't comment on effectiveness.
