Directions questionnaire gladstones

Yo punks

Submitted my defence the other week, now have a letter from gladstones re their intent to proceed with the claim. They have noted the claimant would like to mediate.

Do I just send my questionnaire off to the court now and if so how do I fill it in? Sorry if it's in the newbie thread but I couldn't see it

Is this to do with one of your other threads or is it to do with a new case?
You have given us absolutely no background here so it is very difficult to make a comment.

The guide to court in post 2 of the NEWBIES answers your questions. You have been told to read this on your previous court thread.

Nice salutation. How to win friends and influence people!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Perhaps he/she is referring to the decorative grotesques called hunky punks we have on some churches down here on the Riviera.
