MOT advisory advice - suspension bushes

VW Tiguan passed MOT but had an advisory that
Both front lower wishbones rear bushes starting to perish and separate”
Confused about the mention of front AND rear?..
Is this advisory something that I should be worried about?
What would be the approximate cost of this work?
Thanks in advance!

Edited thought it's very clear above:

rear bushes on Both front lower wishbones starting to perish and separate”

It's an advisory, so they think they are failing. Either as ask them or a local garage if you are unsure.

Price them up on a car parts supplier website to get an idea of parts cost and then ask several local garages for quotes including fitting it you don't DIY.

This is more-or-less what your lower arm looks like. You're looking down at the nearside (left) front wheel, btw, so the front of the car is off to the left of the image.

You can see there's two bushes, one front, one rear. The rear one's the one that's getting knackered.

    I interpret it as being
"both the rear bushes on both the wishbones which are located at the front of the car are perished"
ie 4 bushes need doing not two

Two bushes need doing. NSF arm, rear bush. OSF arm, rear bush. Both arms, front bushes look fine.
