Rust on used (approved) car

Brought a used alfa romeo (2 years old) at a main dealer and picked it up last Thursday, today I've had an opportunity to wash it properly and found a fair few stone chips on it. I did check the car over before buying and didn't see them but the light wasn't the greatest and I'm obviously a bit of an idiot.

One of the chips on the roof has rust on it and some small bubbles around it, only noticeable if you are look at the right angle but obviously concerning.

I bought that car on PCP and have done about 400 miles in it. Do I have any rights to get it fixed? I rather naively expected a main dealer car with a 112 point check not to have rust on it and now I feel sick.

I'd be sending them photos today, and getting to them on their first business day after Xmas.

Don't go in all-guns-blazing, but just say that you're very disappointed etc.

When you return the car at the end of the PCP, you’ll probably be charged for these rust patches so you need to document it (in writing, with photos) now to avoid arguments at the end of the lease.
