Drop Kerb and drive done now stress free parking for us
it also seems to have set off the neighbors as they have both had lines sprayed in as well.
Looks like one of them only had a disabled bay put in and the others i assume are still waiting for it to be done. Not had a chance to speak to them and ask.

Been a while since I've updated
Lounge - New flooring put down (DIY) £500 in total / New sofas finally in look nice and tidy in there
Garden - Finally finished off our small garden project Kids play area with play house on stand with a slide and sandpit
Just a few bags of soil to take to the tip and patio to lay maybe at end of summer.
On to the kitchen next for repainting and fixing all the doors on cupboards

Yes it was much better than what i was expecting last year when people thought a rate of 7% would be the norm
We were at 4.35% but had an email come though to say virgin were offering 4.20 email to the broker and they said a new rate had just come available at 3.94% so pretty good for us. I think we lucked out when we got our house as the value has risen alot putting us around the 64-70% LTV ratioMortgage 165,065/183,000
