Travel Insurance for extended holiday for 68 yr old

I am planning a trip to Australia for approximately 10 weeks starting at the end of February. I am 68 - Can anyone give me some help on which companies offer good value travel insurance which will cover that trip - either within an annual policy or as a single trip policy. I have two existing medical conditions - controlled blood pressure taking 1 tablet daily and a successful inguinal hernia operation last January. And help or feedback will be appreciated.
