Hi,
I'm trying to contact Coupon Mad about a PCN going to court in Brighton but I can;t send a private message - read 'Coupon-mad has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her'. Totally respect that just want to ask a question as they'd offered possible help in the Brighton area.
