JD Sports returns policy?

I usually contact companies via their Twitter if possible but they don't appear to have this available.
I've looked here and here, which go on to say
Now to me that means any order no matter how it was ordered but i want to clarify whether that means i can return online orders to their store (as i know some places, online orders have to be posted back).
Also are you able to return something for any reason and get a refund (if ordering online) or does it have to be defective? I know Sports Direct have an annoying returns policy where you don't get money back.
I'm after a set of trainers but they're not available in our local store. If i buy them and they don't feel right, i'd like to be able to return them so i'm trying to find out beforehand.

I would expect their website is only talking about orders made through the website. After all, who calls something you buy in a shop an "order"?0

I must admit to not being a Twitter pro. I barely ever use it. When contacting companies i've always clicked the envelope and then sent them a message. I see no envelope on the link you gave?0 -

An envelope usually signifies an email link?
Either way, just hit the big "Tweet" button on the left side of the page and you can type out your tweet to them.0
