Bought a new plate no eV948

Bought a personalised plate yesterday from the DVLA site. Got email confirmation with transaction ref but no eV948 or certificate number.
Am slightly losing my mind rechecking the email 900 times to see if it is there but it is not. They are not open again until Monday and i need to get the plate on the car. Am i missing something, would it be somewhere else?!
