Quote is for over £1000 which seems a bit much! What would you expect?

North west, it’s a good sized detached brick garage, actually fits a car in which I know a lot don’t these days!

I remembered the quote is also for some work on the gutter and drain which are perished, so it’s probably a bit more reasonable when I consider that too.

It’s cheap! I barely use the garage, just for storing garden tools mostly,
