Missed National Express coach due to wrong map indication

Hi there, I was going to pick a National Express coach to Stansted at Baker Street, but it looks like their official website provided me a wrong indication on the map, since the coach didn't stop. As a result, I ended up missing my flight and spend £400 in a taxi, another flight ticket, and a train ticket.
Would it be possible to make an official complaint in these situations?
Thank you very much.

Have they confirmed the reason the coach didn't stop was that you were in the wrong place? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
This has been happening for years.
I see people at the stop waiting for the coach with their cases.
Time permitted I ask them if they are going to Stanstead or Victoria. When they say Stanstead I either direct them, or walk them to the correct stop.
I have spoken to the drivers of the coach firm about this. Alas they're not really interested.#009 :T0 -

I'm not sure how you missed your flight - if you jumped in a taxi surely they would have got you there quicker than the coach did?Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

Might be worth contacting Which.0 -
