Received a letter from a no-win-fee company about PPI. Advice needed please!

I've had a few letters from a no-win-no-fee company that have confirmed I'm owed money by a certain bank. This claim I made was about a year or so ago.
If it does turn out I'm owed money from the said certain bank, can I still pursue this privately without the 'middle man', so to speak, taking their cut of my money?
Oh, hello! First post!

You're unlikely to be owed anything.
If you made a complaint and it's upheld, the bank will contact you. You will then need to pay the claims company for their stamp.0 -
