carparts4less customer service warning

Ordered some wiper blades from carparts4less. 1 was on back order and was delivered to the wrong address. The POD was signed by someone with a different name to my neighbours (so i assume they delivered to the wrong street).
Contacted them by email on the 3rd dec (the day after the delivery), chased on the 10th via email, used live chat on the 14th (was told they would get back to me) Just tried to ring them (opening hours should be 10-4 today but they are closed.
It was a small amount of money but i honestly now dont expect to ever see the item i raised a case via paypal not sure it i will get the money back but would have preferred the wiper blade.

I had similar with them.
They never answered any of my different attempts to contact them, I gave up in the end and will never use them again.
I had to do a charge back in the end0
