Best Rewards on Bank to Earn Avios or Cashback

Hey guys,
i am looking into having a debit card or current account that would allow me to either earn relatively good cashback or Avios points Specifically on standard out goings like utility bills or my mortgage.
I saw Santander 123 Lite account and Natwest rewards account. But it seems Natwest is now reducing its offering, so in effect only be able to earn £3 a month after paying the month fee of £2. At Natwest i could at least trade in the cashback every now and then for Avios points. £10 = 1,170 Avios.
Any other ideas or suggestions?
I currently have my main account with Lloyds as i like the Mobile App and get the free cinema tickets with that.
I do most of my usual spending on either my Amex to collect points, or my MBNA sunrise account that gives me 0.5 % cashback + free foreign spend. Rest like utility bills, mortgage are from my debit card.
What other ways of boosting points do you know for Avios?
I currently use Tesco Club Card & Shell for that too.
