Help.
This website is making it impossible for me to appeal this con ((I am using the template provided in the sticky and have added ‘in order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of bank statement of the driver showing payment was made on this day’
(I have blanked out all personal details etc on the bank statement and I did pay for this parking and It’s very unlike I entered the wrong VRN too!)
But now I’m lost. It says I can’t appeal as a keeper. I can only appeal if I admit I was the driver.
Is this legal? I have taken a screenshot just don’t know how to post on here.
I tried to go direct through Saba and not ipay but on Saba it won’t recognise my PCN number and says to go through ipay.
Please help. It’s £100 ‘fine’ for £2.70 worth of parking

legality may not come into it, although you could ask the BPA if SABA should allow a keeper based appeal for SABA railway issue pcn,s
if you can send a postal appeal , as keeper , with attachments , then do so
but whatever you do , do not , repeat , NOT , tell them who was driving , ever !!!0 -
BPA have washed there hands with saba/railways0
-
dont forget , as far as BPA us concerned , thus us non relivent land and not a POPLa appeal0
-
But now I’m lostPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
So ignore them for 6 months and not send them the generic blue text?0
-
Correct - which you'll have found when you searched this forum for SABA (Did you?)0
-
You can either ignore them or send the appeal template in blue, but add a one liner that since byelaws apply this is not relevant land, therefore a keeper cannot be held liable.
It is up to you.
Note that ignoring is only for where byelaws apply. A normal PCN/NTK should never be ignored except in NI, or Scotland before the new Transport Act becomes law.
