First Direct Login Problems ??

in Budgeting & bank accounts
Is anybody else having problems logging into First Direct online banking this morning, Friday 20th December.
Can't login via mobile app either.

    Had issues 30 minutes ago, and still now. mobile app and website down.
    • The rich buy assets.
    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

    Didn't work last night, neither did M&S or HSBC (yes i'm aware of the connection).


    Working now though on all 3.

    "Frustrated customers of HSBC have faced difficulty accessing online and mobile services owing to two separate IT glitches.

    The first occurred just after 20:00 GMT on Thursday, and was fixed about three hours later.
    The bank's Twitter staff joked that "the elves had just got out in our server rooms and run amok".

    But a second fault then struck overnight, leaving some customers with intermittent access problems on Friday.

    HSBC apologised and suggested that anyone having problems try again after a few minutes as that could have a better result."

    According to twitter FD are still having issues with both mobile & internet banking @ 19:10 Friday 20-12-19
