Company changed card halfway through contract

    Do HMRC still charge extras fees for credit over debit? I thought that was now illegal?

    They only accept business credit cards and they do attract a fee.

    While you have technically complained, to move it on you should tell them you wish to raise a complaint.

    I would tell them that the changes are a material detriment and if they can't solve the issue to your satisfaction then you would like a deadlock letter to send to the Financial ombudsman for small businesses.

    I personally wouldn't do it via email, because it gives them more time to mess you around.

    It's a business CC do not confuse this with a consumer CC. The contract is all the OP has, read the contract and see what it says regarding changes such as this.
