POPLA operator evidence

Hello MSE!

So, about a month ago, I went to a restaurant, with my family. We took 2 cars, and parked in the shopping centre car park (the restaurant is in the shopping centre). The maximum stay was 2 hours, and we stayed for 2 hours 20 minutes.

A couple weeks later, and we receive both our parking notices (Parking Eye), for £100, or £60 if paid sooner. We both did appeals, however I took more of a legal approach to it. Turns out they rejected mine, and accepted the other.

They declined additional appeals, and said contact POPLA, or pay up. So I contacted POPLA with a few key points:
- The signage at the entrance was covered by the metal pole
- The sign was not illuminated.
- The charge for staying 20 minutes over is £100
- Family members appeal was accepted whilst mine was not.

I received an operators evidence reply today. It included the following:
- Photographs, and times of coming in and out of the car park
- Copies of my appeal, and the letters they sent out
- Images and plans of the parking signs around the car park

I'm now a bit unsure about what to reply as my comments with this evidence. What do you guys suggest? Many thanks for reading, and helping.

You rebut each and every point with your own proof.
If they have failed to address any of your points, you state they must therefore accept them and therefore your appeal must be allowed.

Without seeing your actual appeal an their exact reply, it will be difficult for anyone here to comment.

You only have six days and only 2000 characters to rebut, so don't hang about.

In daylight, but your car was parked in hours of darkness or dusk?

Kind of obvious what to say to POPLA then, if the photos from the PPC are in daylight!
