If you had an offer accepted you'd say "I had an offer accepted". You wouldn't say "myself had an offer accepted".

So you should say "My partner and I had an offer accepted".

If you removed you or your partner from the sentence, it would still make sense. That's why.

Sorry. Hopefully you've learned why and that's been more helpful than just an outright criticism of your grammar.

I have nothing to add in answer to your question because it's been answered already.

    I'll get my coat.

Not flamed, no, but this picking up on grammar isn't always kind. Remember that most people post on here because they are stressed about a problem in their lives. That English may not be their first language, that they may be dyslexic (I am!) or that they may not have been taught grammar at school, or that it's just a mistake because they are under pressure and worried. As long as the post is readable enough to make sense does it really matter?

Thank you for posting that ;). It was the second example that myself had spotted on MSE this morning.

Now have a go at this one Doozergirl:

But naive with regards to parking Purchased a house and the estate agent description said ‘off road parking’ and the vendor wrote parking is around the front of the house and also back drive. The house has a paved area to park a card.

Putting that word in the wrong place isn't something people need to be taught. Using the word 'I' is inherent in all of us. This seems to be something that people seem to use in order to sound formal when writing, and it takes effort. I never hear people using it in speech.

I never pick people up on spelling or punctuation because it's a relatively relaxed forum and typos, dyslexia (my husband is dyslexic, I know it's a thing) and gaps in education exist, but this is an affected formality that just doesn't need to be there and yes, it matters, because it irks me as much as my comments irked you for you to reply. I wouldn't have picked up on 'me and my partner had an offer accepted' because it's a colloquialism.

The OP can choose to ignore me entirely and I'll keep talking to 'myself'. I didn't mock, I pointed out what would be correct and why.
