    But do use the case and evidence, as it will help the Judge to hopelfully follow the same rationale.

    To see the full bundle to send, see the threads by @keypulse and @ChefDave and read the telephone hearings thread.  Yes, even though you don't have such an order...you are strongly advised to head that possibility off, with a covering email and Draft Order with your WS & evidence (and supplementary WS about the abuse of process).    As already written for you, in the Telephone Hearings thread.

    As it is VCS, add DJ Jones-Evans latest April 2020 strike out Order against VCS at Caernarfon court - not the old order from 2019, the brand new one I posted in the thread by @Janetx as that is perfect to go in your court bundle.
