Car insurance admit error in black box which led to cancelled policy 18 months later!!!

About a year and a half ago I was insured with Hastings smart wheels- a car insurance company where I had to have a black box installed in my car as part of the policy. £275 just before Christmas.... Bank it and hope it clears before you get the next letter telling you the letter and refund cheque was a mistake.
