Cat Scratches On Conservatory Roof?

Noticed a neighbours cat run across glass roof slipping and leaving this scratch about an inch long, i have given up trying to scare them off because by the time i get the door open they are gone.
Does anybody know of a service for putting a patterned film up on the inside of the glass which can hide any marks that you get with plain tinted glass, i ask this because my old roof was patterned and although light, the floral pattern was able to disguise and marks of blemishes on the outer glass.
I know you can purchase film of Ebay etc but i will probably leave air bubbles if i do it myself!

Do you not think you might be over reacting slightly to very small scratches on the roof? How much time do you spend looking up at them. To get film applied isn't going to be cheap as applying it to the underside of a sloping roof isn't going to be an easy job.0

Is that glass or polycarbonate? I would surprise if a cats claws would mark glass like that. Regardless, I would just leave it alone.1

Signwriters apply vinyl film, as do car window tinters. Some glaziers will as well, especially the ones that do commercial work.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

I stand to be corrected but I can't see how the claws would come into contact with the roof. Don't they retract when they walk?0 -
Cats have five claws, where's the other claw marks where it's tried to grip and not slip?
Just ignore it as no doubt you will have other marks, chips etc.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
For those people that continue to believe that cat's don't scratch anything, sorry, but it's rubbish! On any slippery surface, where they can't get traction (such as my car bonnet & roof), they protract their claws! Why should anyone have to ignore it! I don't have other marks & chips on my car, unless caused by anything other than the odd stone chip from the road. Why should I put up with regular paintwork scratches from local cat's jumping up on my car?!
What would you do if a cat, or cat's, continually scratched your car, or, say, maybe your front door paintwork? Claws being the right word, this is one scratch from a? Claw. Cats cannot only let one claw out at a time. Also with pp, really not something to worry about.worldtraveller wrote: »Why should anyone have to ignore it! I've had it happen, there were several lines of cat claws down my car where it slipped and couldn't grip, hence my comment that isn't a cat scratch.
Also, I've also had a neighbour put nail varnish on my car. Another neighbour threw stones, repeatedly hitting my windows, or do you want me to say about the time the neighbour broke a guard protecting people from burning themselves. Or the time someone wrote my car off and drove off?
Its part and parcel of life.
If your car is on your drive, put a blanket on, then a car cover to protect it.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1
