They're good if you like points.

It depends if you like the things you can redeem them against. Cashback works better for others.

Surely these are questions you should have asked or matters you should have looked into before applying for the card.
You ask 'are these worth it?'. These? Do you mean Amex cards in general or … ? Worth it in what respect? Are you being charged an annual fee?
You ask 'what's the points like?' Don't you know? Go to the Amex website and look at the card you have for further information.
