Lime rendering (roughcast) and limewashing

Hi folks,
I've had a quote today for doing several things to my house which is a two storey traditional cottage in West Wales.
Removing old cement render from facings and joints and replacing with lime render £4100
Applying 75 square metres of roughcast £7200
Applying 75 square metres of limewash (5 coats) £4100
Plastering 10 square metres of internal wall in lime £2200
These prices seem very steep to me, what do you reckon?
Thanks in advance.
