we have change over to bulb from boost energy put we have to wait till january 1.my question is boost for the last 5 day have only put on the smart metre is the stand daily charge not the daily usage energy is that right

I assume you are talking about the IHD (the In House Display toy in your kitchen and not the meter itself which is in your garage or an outside box.
It is the meter itself that matters and as clochi says you will be charged as per the tariff - ie a combination of energy used and the daily standing charge (both plus VAT)
PS it's meter not metre (as in yards)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
