The promoter of this competition is Pangolin Photo Safaris.

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18.

Only one successful entry per person may be submitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.

To be entered into the draw entrants must score 75% or higher in the quiz.

By entering the competition all participants and winner agree to be bound by the rules.

Any breach of the rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

If the participant does not provide all requested contact information (including correct and full name, e-mail address and country) the entry will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified.

Pangolin Photo Safaris reserves the right to amend the validity dates of this competition at any time.

Pangolin Photo Safaris reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time.

Pangolin Photo Safaris reserves the right to substitute a prize with any other prize of equal value to the prize/s offered herein, at its sole discretion.

This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Validity period
The prize is valid for travel until 31 December 2021.

This prize has no cash value and is not transferable to another person.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or discount.

The competition is not open to staff of Pangolin Photo Safaris and Pangolin.Africa and their immediate families or the prize sponsors.

Prize draw
The draw will take place on World Pangolin Day, 15 February 2020.

The winner will be picked from a random list of successful entries.

The winner will be announced on YouTube and will also be formally notified via e-mail within one week of the closing date on the e-mail address provided on entering this competition.

If the winner is not able to travel another draw will not take place.

The decision of the Pangolin Photo Safaris is final and will not be challenged on any grounds. Pangolin Photo Safaris shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.

Reservations process
The prize must be booked to directly with Pangolin Photo Safaris.

Flights may be booked independently however Pangolin Photo Safaris will contribute a maximum of US$5,000 towards the flights. Should the cost of the flights amount to less than US$5,000 no cash will be refunded, nor other goods or services added to the prize for the unused allocation. Should the cost of the flights amount to more, it is the responsibility of the winner to contribute the additional amount. Pangolin Photo Safaris reserve the right to decide on the best flight option available.

Should the winner wish to travel with a friend, preferential rates are available on the same itinerary when booking directly through Pangolin Photo Safaris.

Extensions to other destinations in Africa can be arranged through Pangolin Photo Safaris.

Indemnity and Liability
All entrants indemnify Pangolin Photo Safaris and affiliated companies associated with the prize against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition.

Pangolin Photo Safaris and all affiliated companies associated with the execution of this competition and the prize may not be held liable for any loss, damage, costs or injury participants may suffer as a result of acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this competition.

Pangolin Photo Safaris shall not be liable for any disruption to the competition, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to the competition Pangolin Photo Safaris shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy any disruption and resume the competition on a fair and equitable basis to the entrants.

Pangolin Photo Safaris cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received due to interrupted internet connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions.

Collection and use of personal information
Pangolin Photo Safaris will collect and use your personal data requested in order to enable your participation in this competition and related online activities.

By entering the competition all participants agree to accept marketing communications from Pangolin Photo Safaris and Pangolin.Africa.

Pangolin Photo Safaris treats all information collected as confidential. The information will not be shared with any third party apart from Pangolin.Africa and affiliated companies associated with the prize, where it may be used expressly for the purpose of communication and marketing. The storage and use of your personal data will be in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. By participating in the competition, you expressly consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa.
