It was delivered to our old address after we'd moved despite having told them we'd moved. I was daft enough to misread the date it should have been in as 28 days after the AOS. Stupid, eh? It caused me quite a panic to be honest but we live and learn.
Partner is on the phone to the court now to ensure all further correspondence goes to our current address.
I'll be researching the 6 point order and how to go about getting the CCJ set aside. I've amended Johnersh's defense to include our details etc and will add that on to the request for it to be set aside.0 -
OK, I think (hope) you could get this set aside, due to them using what they knew was an old address, which was not good service of the claim.
Trouble is, you then did the AOS which suggests good service was acknowledged.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
