Recommend a lubricant for a squeaky fridge door?

Our integrated fridge door squeals on opening/closing. The noise is coming from one of the two plastic rails on the back of the cupboard door, which brackets on the front of the fridge slide along. So, it's plastic against plastic.
What sort of lubricant would work to stop the squeak, without doing any damage to the plastic?

I usually use a silicone spray lubricant for plastics.
If you haven't got that you could try a tiny squirt of furniture polish containing silicone.0 -
WD40 should do the job. It has many uses around the home. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Rub a candle along it.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Thanks, all! I don't currently own any of those, so I'll pick up some WD40 or silicon spray.0

Or a smear of vaseline.0

Veg oil, marg, olive oil - what have you got?0

As we are in the festive season, try some goose fat.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

WD40 is solvent based and may cause certain plastics to break down or even melt. I found this out when I tried a squirt of WD40 on my rubiks cube. Worked great for a few weeks then one side broke off. Similar applies to vaseline.
I wouldn't use anything perishable like food fats/oils than can go rancid, making the hinge dirty and gum it up. Something silicone based, like some furniture polishes (I use Mr Sheen on curtain rails) is your best bet.0 -

Any oil or grease is best avoided as muck sticks to it. Use silicone spray, the real stuff or polish, or candle wax.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
