Rbs ppi

Put a claim in via RBS website end of August. Think I may have had PPI on a loan back around 2002. Had a letter today stating that I did have PPI and they have now logged a complaint.

Am I now going to need to try and find any paper work I may have had back then? - I doubt I’ll find that.

Or will they have the details - they must have something to acknowledge I had PPI.

TIA
