Changing To Polymer Notes?

Exchanging old notes
You will still be able to use the paper £20 note until we withdraw it from circulation. We will announce the withdrawal date after we have issued our new polymer £20 note. We will give six months’ notice of this withdrawal date.
Many banks will accept withdrawn notes as deposits from customers. The Post Office may also accept withdrawn notes as a deposit into any bank account you can access at the Post Office. And, you can always exchange withdrawn notes with us.0 -
your own bank will always take them .
Ideally get dad to bank them but if he is unwilling do what others have suggested ‘nothing’ .
Always a ‘risk’ when taking cash in / out of a bank these days that someone will notice and follow you !! Not worth the risk .0 -
Any ideas
Tell him that the risk of someone spotting you with bundles of cash leaving the bank and mugging you is far higher than whatever risk he fears from leaving the money in the bank and that therefore it is up to him to sort it out.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
