Hi there -good luck with everything.
I phoned my landlord and explained the situation (thinking of going BK) and asked if it would cause a problem she was fine with it and stated as long as she got her rent there was no problem- she then went onto ask if I had certain qualifications as she had a job in her business (unfortunatly i didnt otherwise i could have had a job) If you are able to and it would make your feel better - you may wish to ask the LL if it would cause a problem.
Also I have only ever seen 1 notice in our local paper and that is because I am more aware due to my own situationDon't get strung out by the way I look,
