    What a gorgeous day!
I have had a garden day and it’s been wonderful. Sent an overpayment of £1200.00 to the mortgage, new balance £46,178.41.
When our standard monthly payment goes out next week we shall enter the forty five bracket.
I shall return with an update.
    Enjoy the sunshine everyone.
