Hi,
Was looking at replacing toilet seat on a Roca The Gap compact toilet to a soft close one. Looking at Roca ones costs are in the region of £60-£80, is there any cheaper generic ones I could get that would fit?
Any help appreciated
Cheers

Ebay have a couple & if you're quick you might be able to nab one of these that ends in a few hours, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Roca-The-Gap-Compact-A801732004-Toilet-Seat-Soft-Closing/174118672738?hash=item288a481962:g:bAYAAOSw5nBd28nP

Not sure if this one from Amazon would be suitable at around £34,
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Projection-Compact-Button-Release-Toilet/dp/B0074K30PGThe bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Damn missed them eBay ones, and the Amazon one doesn’t look like it would fit. Anybody got any other options?0

You've nothing to lose by messaging the seller of the closed auctions asking if they are still available. Sometimes folk have messaged me about an item that ended with no bids & that they missed to see if I'll do a BIN for them. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

You're likely reading list prices (RRP).
See if you can find a local retailer that stocks Roca products; they'll be part of a buying agreement with Roca and will be able to get you the parts far cheaper than the RRP you'll pay if you purchase direct.
From some of our suppliers; we sell toilet seats that are listed as £80 RRP for £38 and we still make a decent profit.0
