Contract problem

I live in Scotland and would appreciate advice on a contract/goods issue.
I arranged to buy 2 wooden sheds to sit side by side, with a set specification for a set price as advertised on a private companies website. I signed a contract for this price of 2 sheds.
When they came to build the shed, they advised that, due to space restrictions, they should just build one big shed. I noted the price for a big shed, the same size as 2 sheds was 10% cheaper.
When the work was finished, part of the shed had a cheaper spec than was originally planned although that change was agreed, during building work.
When I received the final bill, the price was the same as the 2 sheds, and not the price of the one big shed which should have reflected the 10% reduction. Neither was there any allowance for reducing the spec of part of the shed, which should have reflected a further discount.
When I questioned the price, the business owner said that there had been no change in the contract, which still specified 2 sheds,,,and that the prices quoted on his website were out of date.
He is therefore asking for the full amount for 2 sheds as per the contract and will give no reduction, despite the fact that he is now saying his advertised prices are out of date, and there is a substantial saving to him on wood and ironmongery due to the change in spec and the change from 2 sheds to one, which I am still being asked to pay for.
Do I have any comeback at all? Many thanks
