PRA Group Credit File

Hi everyone,
Apologies if this has been asked before!...
I have two defaults with PRA that were sold by Barclays in 2014. One is an unsecured loan and the other was a credit card, I’ve been making repayments to PRA since it was sold on however, I’ve had a nosey at my credit file today and I’ve found a discrepancy. It states that the loan default from Barclays end was recorded at £10,680 but PRA maintain the balance was £11,700. Clearly that’s quite a bit difference!. I’ve raised a dispute but over the phone I was told “we are looking at your credit file now & it states £11,700.” Ive screen shotted proof from my end and sent it over.
Do I have a leg to stand on with this?, is it possible the credit report is wrong and they are right?.
Thanks.

Perhaps you're looking at different credit reports. Did you check all three?
The important thing is to be sure of the balance you owe.0 -
Thank you for the reply zx81, i checked it through credit wise?. Does that mean that it could potentially look different elsewhere then?.0

You need to check via the three proper CRAs
NSE Credit Club, Clearscore and Credit Karma.0
