Court form received help requested

Hi
I'd really appreciate some help.

Last year cpm took over management of the car park where I live. I received multiple tickets for failing to display a permit. The reason for this were various- not recieving the permit, not knowing the system was live and not being happy that the permit shows an indication of where I libe thereby compromising my safety.

I received multiple letters from cpm and then from glad stones and back then th advice seemed to go towards ignoring the pcns.

I have today recieved a court letter from Northampton with just one date given for last year. They are asking for a total of £247 .

I do not agree with this and given I am parking outside my own house . The car park is managed by a management company who cannot do anything about thsee pcns.

Can anyone help?

I suggest you re-post on the parking forum where they are more experienced. But ignoring this letter from a court is not a good idea whatever you may think about the rights & wrongs of the original sitution
