So then it wasnt NPowers fault at all that they couldn't get a reading and they did actually send out an engineer when you said they didn't...

Story has been straight all along thanks.

The meter was in their back garden. So as to not be deemed trespass as these neighbors are known for causing issues I did the decent thing of trying to get access through their house to their back garden.

They refused so eventually I just waited for them to be out and hopped over the fence. Did not want to do this but desperation caused me to have no choice.

They did eventually yes but this was only after they had said they were sending an engineer multiple times before. I had to raise a complaint to actually get one sent out.
