I always use find-dvd too, but I have noticed that the site can often miss the best price. For instance, searched for My Name Is Earl season 1 DVD tonight and the best price came up as £19.95 at Store4DVD.

However, with good old fashioned shopping around I manged to find it on Amazon for £17.97, and Virgin Megastores for £14.99!

I buy almost all of my CDs from this site now. The selection is limited but they do have most recent releases. Never had a problem with delivery or quality

Just ordered the Westlife CD from Bang CD for my sis for Christmas and am rather peeved to say the least. Accepts my order and payment details and only then am I informed that it's not actually in stock and that the estimated shipping date is likely to be 17 December but that's not guaranteed - so potentially a late Xmas pressie.:mad:!!!!!!!

Now I know they're cheap as chips but shouldn't they be a bit more up front about what is actually in stock and what isn't BEFORE you checkout rather than after!!

Has anyone else had this recently with Bang and has their CD has come in good time? Or has anyone been able to cancel their order with them successfully?

This is exactly what happened to me last Christmas and I have never used them since. They showed the item as 'in stock' but it never materialised for weeks so that even though it was ordered a fortnight before Christmas it never turned up until way afterwards.
