4. The prize is one space on a Grand American Adventures trip of your choice excluding Grand Canyon Rafting and Central and South America tours. All departures are subject to availability.
5. The prize also includes return economy flights – airline to be selected by Grand American Adventures.
6. The prize winner can choose from any Grand American Adventures trip excluding: Grand Canyon Rafting and Central and South America tours.
7. The prize does not include transfer to/from the airports, pre/post nights’ accommodation, travel insurance, food and drink, spending money or anything else not listed in the itinerary on the Grand American Adventures website.
8. Selected departure dates are offered from January 2020 to June 2021.
9. The holiday is offered in accordance with Grand American Adventures standard booking conditions and is subject to availability.
10. No employees of Grand American Adventures, The Travelopia Group, their subsidiaries, group companies or other company associated with this promotion will be eligible to enter.

13. The draw will be made on 20th December 2019.
14. The winner will be selected at random. The decision of Grand American Adventures will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not accept the prize or if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a substitute winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify Grand American Adventures of any change in contact information.
16. The prize is not transferable; it is only for the use of the winner (i.e. the lead passenger) and there is no cash alternative.
