Toilet Gap

Hi All
Just bought a toilet from Costco (Tavistock outline close coupled toilet seat). However when fitted, there is a 8cm gap between the toilet and wall:(
The waste pipe currently goes into the floor and the center of the waste pipe (where it comes out of the floor) to the wall is c. 10cm. Does anyone know if there's a toilet that could fit or a special connector? Also, the waste pipe sits a little higher than the 18cm waste pipe exit on the toilet so had to use an offset connector:

The toilet fitter just said that's simply the way it is. Thanks

CC Fully Back To Wall / Fully Enclosed Pan.
Sits flush to the wall with no gap; is still close-coupled.
Tavistock does one called Structure if memory serves.0 -
This is the one you need - not sure if you’ll get 8cm.

Had a similar problem when replacing grandsons toilet. Put the toilet in and got a piece of wood to go behind the cistern, then stuck white pvc onto the 3 sides of the piece of wood.
Looked good and wipe clean.0 -
Why are you using a offset multiquik when the waste comes out of the floor ?I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -

Because this is how it comes up from the floor:

I would use a 'flexi' for that: https://www.wickes.co.uk/search?text=flexible+pan+connector
Get both ends fitted, then push toilet back gradually taking up the slack by compressing the folds.
Edit: I think you need to cut off that existing right angle.0 -

Thank you so much, when you say cut of the existing right angel are you referring to the bit highligted in red so that you can reduce the height:

Yeah. The rubber bit on the flexi should fit in there okay.0 -
Cut the pipe at floor level or just aboveI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
