We recently booked a skiing holiday that includes flights and transfers. Informed today that transfers not added as they forgot to add them. They now want me to pay £100 extra for transfers. Is this right?

Just tried booking the holiday again and the only options are self drive or flights and transfers. Have used the company for last 4 years always had the transfers included no issues with them at all. They actually highlighted the error earlier today but then wanted me to pay for their error0
