I tried to access my account last weekend but could not log in and eventually it locked me out. I contacted the helpdesk and despite re-installing the app I was still locked out so they referred it to their IT people and said they would phone back on Monday.......but they didn't!
I gave them a few days but no phone call so I tried again and I'm still locked out. Phoned them again and after several attempts without success I tried to recover my user ID and password but it just locked up on that screen so it's back to their IT, and was told that they would phone me.........grrrrrrrrrr.:(
Anyone else had any problems with their mobile app?

Given the amount of negative feedback on the Android app store I've decided not to use it until it becomes mandatory.
The web access currently works well for me.0 -
I did ask about the web access, which is an option if the app isn't sorted out, but they said it would only be a short term solution as the web access is ending soon.0

Yeah, I think they should consider about developing a new banking app, which will be more secured, with couple of authentications procedures. It's not so hard to develop a brand new app from scratch as I know. For example, this article ( here: https://reinvently.com/blog/how-long-does-it-take-to-make-an-app/ ), says that one month would be enough for a good team of developers, even including testing time.0
