Thanks
Im in the process of changing agents . The one who wrote it is a member of the property ombudsman so im a bit annoyed that they didnt let me review it beforehand. There are quite a few issues with the agent that i am not happy about0 -
Tell us what the ad said? Or what was it that you aren't happy about? The agent wrote that text to try to sell the property (it's in their interests and also yours) so it would be very odd for them to write something awful on purpose.0

You are the customer and can ask them to change anything you don't like.
Increasingly (annoyingly) agents are getting very slack about what they put. There are dimensions only in metres, they don't tell you what you want to know.... they're trying to get buyers to contact them and ask.
Their omissions might be important or unimportant. They might be important or unimportant to you.
If you don't like it, write your own and send it to them (there are some character limits).
These days more people just skim through and look at the photos... there are fewer of the wording/details nutters (I'm one of those).
Before I phone for a viewing I want to have already decided that a house could be for me.... I don't want to arrange a viewing just because I liked their furniture in the pretty pictures
So, you re-write the advert for them so you, the customer, are happy. If there are issues (legal or length) creating a problem they'll let you know and you can tweak it.0 -

If Americans want to buy houses here, then they can take the small amount of effort to learn how the entire rest of the world measures things.0 -
