    Looks like it took a heavy hit. Impact bar behind the bumper has gone back a long way, the slam panel bent and moved back and the radiator has been knocked back into the engine on one side. And that's before we get to the airbag deployment, looks like the seat belt pretensioners fired as well because the drivers belt has not retracted.

    Would not touch it with somebody else's barge pole.

    We bought a Cat C/D Seat Ibiza for my daughter. It too was 30% cheaper than a retail car, but it was less than £2k.
    I was fairly sure that she’d be bouncing if off something in her first year of driving and I was right. So cheap & cheerful worked out.

    In this case though, I’d pass. It’s a lot of money, and I assume you’ll be looking after it.
